Dear Gene,

We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for building our home. Now we know that this might seem like a very unusual thing to say considering we were the ones spending the money; however, we are so pleased with the final product and the entire "house building" experience that we felt impelled to write this letter. The house began in April and was finished in October. We sincerely appreciated your commitment, dedication an honesty while building the house. You met with us when we had questions. You fixed things that had problems (in our minds). You returned our phone calls. You made us feel that our house was as important to you as it was to us. You respected our time schedules. You had coffee with us. You became more than our builder, you became our friend. Our experience was so positive that we recommended you to Leon and Marilyn Mizell and Jimmy and JoAnn Thomas, who have been equally as satisfied, as we are. Thanks for helping us fulfill our dreams of returning to the "country" to live out our reitrement.- Buford and Patsy Mizell
