Mr. Guthrie's prior experience includes five years as a Construction Superintendent for Suburban Homes and six years for Superior Homes in the capacity of Division President, Production Manager, Project Manager and Construction Superintendent. Mr. Guthrie has a B.S. in Physics from Baker University in Baldwin, KS. He has attended seminars by Jack Miller and Rice University on Construction Marketing and Negotiation.
