Guthrie a long time resident of the Magnolia and Tomball areas. Mr.
Guthrie's prior experience includes five years as a Construction Superintendent
for Suburban Homes and six years for Superior Homes in the capacity of
Division President, Production Manager, Project Manager and Construction
Superintendent. Mr. Guthrie has a B.S. in Physics from Baker University
in Baldwin, KS. He has attended seminars by Jack Miller and Rice University
on Construction Marketing and Negotiation.

progressive stage meetings, which allows them a hands-on perspective.
As for the follow-up process, Gene will come back to your home after move-in
to take care of anything that needs attention in your new home.
